I am an International senior executive and transformational, innovative leader with over 25 years : hands on. CEO, MD, COO, CSO, CCO, CBDO. I am known as a strong and empathetic people leader and developer leading also over 5,500 staff / FTEs in large corporations with extensive networks in individual and multiple countries. I lead companies in Europe, Middle East, Asia (EMEA) and the Americas. I have also worked in small and medium sizes enterprises (SMEs) and I have set up my own business company as shareholder, MD/CEO with hands-on execution. I am Interested also in projects and interim management. I am an English and German language native speaker. I am known as equally operational and commercial in undertaking with focus on finance. Striving for high quality, efficient, and innovative solutions where key account management solutions are integral has meaning and significance always. I lead to execute and achieve. It is the numbers which fundamentally define any direction. Areas of primary focus for me have been: logistics, contract logistics, FMCG, supply chain (SCM), aviation, forwarding,(high)security, M&A, family to private equity, and was further active in: industry, manufacturing, crypto, fintech, payment solutions. I have specific expertise in airports, airlines, forwarding, courier, express, value logistics including cash-in-transit (CIT), air cargo, ramp and passenger handling and airports as well as direct experience in manufacturing, production, banking, retail and crypto. As CEO and MD at Prosegur, I oversee all products of the group in Germany and Australia, with full financial, P&L, operational, and commercial responsibility reporting to the shareholder management. I lead a set-up of 5,800 FTEs across 58 locations, generating over EUR 350m in revenue and dominating the market share in both regions. Caring for and working with good people: as individuals and teams are the centre of my movement forward. I am globally flexible and culturally adaptable, having been based in various countries in Europe, Middle East, and also Australia and USA. Complementary to my economics education, my humanities and theological studies and continued passionate research have guided me in all steps of my life, shaping my values, motivations, and goals.
