With over 15 years of experience in healthcare operations, I leverage my credentials as a former regulated health professional as well as a Birth Professional to champion our mission of providing top-tier, compassionate, and accessible care for mothers across North America.I oversee our therapy team and ensure high-quality service delivery, strategic growth, and customer satisfaction. I also foster a positive and supportive culture for our employees, reflecting my personal commitment to reducing stigma and barriers in maternal mental health. Some of my key achievements in behavioral healthcare operations include maintaining treatment plan utilization rates at over 85%, achieving and retaining over 80% Net Promoter Score, and building and directing a cross-functional team of 200+ staff from ground up. I am passionate about empowering mothers to thrive and supporting them throughout their mental health journeys.
