I believe in SAVE, A Friend to Homeless Animals and it’s mission to protect the health and welfare of homeless companion animals in the greater Princeton area and beyond.#adoptdontshop #nomorehomelessanimals #adoptonesavetwo I spent 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically clinical trial operations management. I left the industry in June 2016 in search of an opportunity where I could better utilize the experience I have gained in leadership and project management in support of my passion for people and pets. I understand the importance of good communication, customer service, budget management, relationship building, and competency. My philosophy is to treat others as I want to be treated. I apply this philosophy every day, both personally and professionally. I work well with others and I am known for my positive energy, integrity, speaking skills, and high performance. I have 12 years of direct people management experience, including coaching/development, mentoring, and performance management. From 2011-2016, I was the department head for 150 regional employees comprised of both managers and individual contributors. I've been told I have a natural talent for speaking, presenting, and connecting with the audience. It's because I enjoy it! I appreciate the challenge and opportunity to pitch ideas and initiatives, set direction and strategy, and facilitate employee engagement. My goal is to get people to listen, understand, and feel comfortable to ask questions. It helps to have a good sense of humor! Importantly for my current position, I am a strong advocate of pet rescue and adoption. I have volunteered and fostered cats/dogs for a local NJ rescue, I have adopted a cat and dog from SAVE (my current employer), and the majority of my social media activity is dedicated to this cause.
