I am in the process of being trained as a bar supervisor (which will continue once the convention center reopens after quarantine), with my Banquet Events Supervisor. I have a strong work ethic, no matter the type or length of job, and will always give my 100%. I have learned so much over the years, and have become much more confident in myself and my leadership skills in the past couple of years. I am always willing to learn more, and adapt to any changes that may come my way with a positive attitude. I believe what I put into my work I will receive in equal spades. I believe there is sometimes a delicate balance when I need to give the customer what they want while also adhering to a companies protocols, and I am quick to communicate with the correct parties through the proper channels to resolve the situation.
