About Heather Arseth

As a recent graduate from the University of Miami-Florida, in Neuroscience, a four-year NCAA Division 1 student-athlete, and a two-time Olympian, I am looking for a career to fuel my drive and passion for excellence. Coming from an elite Neuroscience program from the University of Miami, I bring to the table expansive research experience, a collection of volunteer hours, and a mindset to meet and surpass expectations. As a four-year NCAA Division 1 student-athlete and a two-time Olympian, I bring to the table exceptional work ethic, superior time management skills, and commendable leadership and teamwork dexterity. In addition to being a NCAA Division 1 student-athlete pursuing one of the hardest majors the University of Miami has to offer, I committed myself to the local and student community via extracurricular activities including representation on the Student Athlete Activities Committee as Volunteer Coordinator for the Men’s and Women’s Swim & Dive Team, teaching private swim lessons, and volunteering in two research laboratories and two hospitals. My best asset is my passion, whether it is as an athlete, as a student, or as a member of the community. Having just finished my last competition as a professional athlete in the Rio 2016 Olympics, I am looking to take that passion and dedicate it to my career.
