About Heather Bailiff

I am a builder and a fixer. I thrive in the messy middle of enterprise-wide change, where high-level strategy meets the complex reality of human behavior. My work is not about maintaining the status quo. It is about architecting what comes next.Throughout my career, I have specialized in navigating organizations through high-stakes shifts in operating models and workforce strategy. Whether leading large-scale transformation or serving as a Chief of Staff to align C-suite vision with execution, my focus is on momentum. I help global enterprises move from ambiguity to a clear, functioning future state.I partner with leadership teams across four key areas:Transformation & Consulting: Bridging the gap between strategy and frontline execution to design scalable, global operating models.Chief of Staff: Serving as a force multiplier for executives, driving cross-functional alignment and turning messy problems into disciplined outcomes.People Change Management: Guiding teams through the anxiety of major pivots, ensuring change feels coherent and leads to cultural unity.AI-Enabled Org Design: Building the roadmap for the future of work by integrating AI to automate workflows while keeping the employee experience at the center.I am at my best when the work is cross-functional and deeply human. If your organization is navigating a complex shift or rethinking its workforce for the AI era, let’s connect.
