I help people transform their health and lives by bridging two worlds: the clinical precision of functional medicine and the restorative power of luxury wellness retreats. As Director of Clinical Coaching & Patient Transformation at Optimal You Wellness Center, I partner with our doctors to translate advanced functional testing into personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset strategies. Over the past 3 years, I’ve coached hundreds of patients through multi-phase protocols—gut healing, hormone balance, detox support, and stress resilience—while developing scalable systems that elevate the patient experience, both virtually and in person. At the same time, I lead Rebolistic Wellness, a brand born from my passion for creating spaces where healing feels both accessible and inspiring. Through curated individual, couple’s, and group retreats, I integrate mindfulness, movement, and nutrition into immersive experiences that help people reset, reconnect, and rise. Rebolistic also extends into corporate wellness, guiding leaders and teams toward sustainable performance through whole-person health. Whether in the clinic, in a boardroom, or on retreat, my mission is the same: to help people uncover root causes, embrace balance, and transform into the most optimal version of themselves.
