I started web writing in 2015 on the topics of trauma, mental health, caregiver burnout, and therapy. I self-published over 60 blog posts on self-compassion, mindfulness, self-care, and trauma. I also launched an interview series featuring trauma academics, professors and therapists, subsequently leading to an invitation to write a section of a book by Drs Robert Maunder and Jonathan Hunter, published by University of Toronto Press (2021).
