With hands-on experience in both Talent Acquisition and People Operations, I’ve built a track record of delivering exceptional employee experiences across the entire lifecycle. I’ve led full-cycle recruiting, designed internal mobility strategies, developed early-career programs, and improved onboarding, compliance, and engagement systems to create healthier, more productive workplaces. At my core, I love building thoughtful systems that connect people to meaningful work, and helping companies scale their culture as they grow.
