As a Program Manager at Zschool, I connect leaders with professional development opportunities that enhance their skills, knowledge, and confidence. I have over 15 years of experience in customer service, operations, and staff training and development, with a focus on women in leadership roles and customer experience (CX) trends. I create and maintain advisory boards for university-level courses on topics such as engineering leadership, CX, and diversity and inclusion. I interview, select, and engage board members who bring diverse perspectives and expertise to the curriculum design and delivery. I also perform marketing functions to generate interest and enrollment in the courses, using expressive language and subject matter expertise. I utilize CRM and meeting software to track, support, and communicate with board members, as well as to aggregate data and measure key performance indicators (KPIs). I am fluent in Spanish and have a certification in communicating with executives. I am passionate about empowering and uplifting leaders who can drive positive change in their organizations and communities.
