With over 20 years of experience building and leading healthcare and wellness businesses, my career has been shaped by a commitment to meaningful client care, strong teams, and thoughtful growth. I’ve had the privilege of co-founding and scaling several organizations, including the Health and Performance Centre, which my business partner Ash Buckle and I built together over two decades before completing a successful exit. In total, I have been part of three business exits, each one a reflection of dedication, steady operational development, and the hard work of talented teams.Today, I continue to serve as Managing Partner at Zenbar Healing Studio, where our focus remains on exceptional client experiences, leadership development, and operational excellence within the wellness and medical aesthetics space. Zenbar is where I get to blend my clinical foundation with a passion for personal care, service innovation, and team culture.As my career has evolved, I’ve shifted more deeply into advisory and strategic roles, supporting organizations navigating growth, restructuring, and leadership transitions. As a Consultant with Alpha40Capital, I advise on HR strategy, leadership development, organizational systems, and scalable retail and service-based growth models. I also serve on the Board of Directors for Get Moving Clinics, offering weekly consultation on operations, expansion strategy, team development, and specialized programming.In my spare time, I continue to practice as a Physiotherapist at Lakeside Health and Sport, primarily treating post-breast-cancer clients and individuals with complex hip and shoulder conditions who benefit from a more advanced, tailored approach.
