I’m a Washington State certified educator with endorsements in Physical Education, Health, Social Studies, and Dance — and a deep passion for shaping well-rounded, healthy, and civically engaged young people. I teach high school courses ranging from Health and PE to Civics and Current World Problems, as well as a Freshman Seminar that helps students build foundational skills for academic and personal success. Whether we’re discussing constitutional principles or personal fitness goals, my mission is the same: to help students develop the habits, character, and confidence needed to thrive in life — not just school. I believe learning is a sport for life. My classroom culture emphasizes respect, responsibility, critical thinking, and wellness. I’m committed to helping students grow into thoughtful, capable, and virtuous citizens who are ready to contribute meaningfully to their communities. I’m also a lifelong learner and actively engage in professional development that advances education rooted in moral character, civic virtue, and student empowerment.
