About Heather Camm

I am a highly motivated individual who thrives under pressure and excels in challenging environments. With my ability to create innovative solutions, I have designed a program from scratch that was adopted by the entire group and garnered interest from other groups at Microsoft. I have also successfully doubled the revenue of a client portfolio by understanding their needs and driving the teams toward achieving their goals. My favorite projects were managing a $15M portfolio of technical programs and designing an automated reuse report that allowed teams to understand the ROI of their code. Both projects created immense value for my employer and clients, respectively. I always find creative ways to achieve my objectives through a goal-oriented approach. My colleagues describe me as a supportive manager who is always ready to unblock people by offering new ideas to overcome barriers. My brand is to “get stuff done” while fearlessly building relationships. I am a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Trinity University. I possess solid technical skills, knowledge, and experience to drive results. I am inspired by solving challenging problems as a team, and I am always looking for ways to improve and automate processes to allow the team to focus on high-value work.
