I have a diploma in project management, a certification in IT service management (ITSM), and expertise in service desk management, IT support, and service desk operations. I lead a team of service desk professionals who provide high-quality, efficient, and customer-centric IT support and services to Quest Software's internal and external customers worldwide. I am passionate about improving the service desk processes, tools, and metrics and developing and coaching the service desk staff.
