About Heather Caylor

As an HR professional, my relationships with people are my passion. My six years of experience in Human Resources has allowed me to be a helping hand during an employee's life cycle and provide comfort in uncomfortable situations. Through high school and college, I worked in customer service. I enjoyed it thoroughly, but wanted to do so much more than help customers find their shirt size or tell them the unfortunate news that their coupon expired the week prior. I see HR as an extension of customer service but for future, current, and former employees. I've assisted with career growth, continuing education, and department functionality. I've also been a shoulder to lean on during layoffs, bereavements, and life changing world events. I genuinely love what I do. I look forward to my next five years of being an HR professional, where I'm confident I'll strengthen my current skill set and add new skills to the list.
