About Heather Clark

My name is Dr. Heather Clark and I am a licensed (clinical) psychologist with a passion for serving the Christian community and specialty training as a health psychologist. As such, my private practice clientele are referred from both the Christian and medical communities. More about my therapeutic orientation, professional background, and private practice details can be found at Since establishing my private practice in 2008, the Lord continues to draw me more and more into service in the Christian community. I am thrilled to contribute to the academic environment by serving as an adjunct instructor for Liberty University and Knox Theological Seminary. It was also a great honor to serve as the Director of Women's Ministry of my church for three years. This combination of expertise, professionalism, multi-faceted work experience, and deep involvement in the professional Christian community has quite naturally led me to both speaking engagements and writing endeavors. Regarding speaking, it is my joy to educate and encourage a wide variety of audiences from ministry leaders to church groups, and from medical professionals to patients. I have also recently begun self-producing a monthly newsletter titled Minister Well which aims to encourage, edify, and equip ministry leaders from a tri-fold perspective of mind, body, and spirit wellness.
