About Heather Clinton

Heather has a broad practice and is skilled in (investment and RSL) acquisitions and disposals, leasing, secured lending and development work, including site assembly for RSLs. She has acted for a number of large UK retail funds and has played a leading role in several high value cross-border sale and leaseback, investment and refinancing transactions. ‎Her experience includes providing real estate support in major corporate acquisitions in the leisure sector as well as a corporate investment in large portfolios of Scottish properties. Heather has also specialised in community empowerment. Running her own business as a yoga teacher and fitness instructor for several years; it gives her an added perspective on life and business; and demonstrates her ability to adapt and survive in the most challenging circumstances. It's also a thoroughly enjoyable diversion!
