Over the past 20 years as a non-profit arts administrator I have developed strengths in program development, fundraising, strategic planning and, my personal passion, community building. In 2017 I relocated from my native New England to Northwest Ohio. The only way to succeed was by immersing myself in the community and listening to stakeholders. Based on this experience, I implemented a new programming model that increased sales from 60% to 90% of capacity and a grew season and series ticket sales by 30%. Community use of the facility also grew substantially as it became clear that everyone was welcome I truly believe that the arts build community!
