About Heather Cook

With over 12 years of experience in various healthcare environments, I am currently an Account Support Specialist at ACEMAPP, a software system for education and clinical sites conducting clinical education. I hold a bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration and have developed skills in customer engagement, team building, and product adoption. I am passionate about supporting the mission of ACEMAPP and its parent organization, Michigan Health Council, which is to facilitate and improve healthcare workforce development. In my role, I work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders at clinical partner sites to manage schedules, data for recruitment, and compliance monitoring for members. I also provide customer success and innovative solutions to our partners by conducting data analytics and offering guidance and communication on how to get the most value from the system. I am always eager to learn new software tools and techniques to enhance my performance and exceed expectations.
