About Heather Cottone

As a Qualitative Research Consultant and Moderator, I provide end-to-end solutions for clients who need to understand their customers, markets, and products better. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results across various industries, especially in qualitative research for the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and consumer sectors. I had the honor of attending RIVA when founder, Naomi Henderson, was still with us and ran the moderator training course herself! I have master's degrees in health systems administration as well as Education and Human Development. My background is in pharmaceutical sales, project management, secondary education, and wellness training, which gives me a unique perspective and a diverse skill set. I am passionate about helping clients solve problems with qualitative research insights, and I am always ready to take on new challenges and learn new things.I am well suited for a number of roles in qualitative research whether it be on the supplier or client side of the project. I have executive leadership experience from my time at Rochester Institute of Technology where I was the leader/program chair for the entire campus, spearheading an annual, large-scale visitors), marketing/educational community event.My goal is to become a Qualitative Vice President or Managing Director where I lead and grow a team of researchers, expand qualitative research capabilities, and help shape the future of the organization.
