I was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors for England and Wales in October 2012. In January 2013 I was further admitted to the Roll of Solicitors for Ireland, and subsequently became a member of the Law Society of Ireland. I qualified as a nurse in 2003 and went to work in cardiac ITU/ HDU for just over two years. During this time, I had promotion to a senior staff nurse which involved me having to coordinate HDU on given shifts and lead the team for patients post cardiac surgery. I joined an agency in 2004 and had many opportunities to work in a variety of healthcare settings such as, critical care units, A&E, medical and surgical wards, nursing homes, and home nursing.
