I'm a Software Support Analyst with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and foundational AWS Cloud and AI certifications. My path into tech has been shaped by a passion for problem-solving, continuous learning, and delivering strong customer support. Before stepping into this role, I built a well-rounded professional background in financial services, office administration, and support for a national nonprofit. These experiences taught me how to think critically, communicate clearly, and stay adaptable. These are skills I now apply every day in supporting users and solving technical issues. I have also balanced family life, multiple cross-state moves, and ongoing education, all of which have fueled my resilience and commitment to personal and professional growth.
