I'm Heather Davies, a freelance impact and sustainability-focused copywriter and communications trainer, motivated by my love of nature and outdoor sports. Companies come to me when they want to communicate their sustainability credentials and social impact BUT: are concerned about greenwashing / purpose-washing don't have the expertise in-house want to ensure they are following best-practice need to train their communications / marketing team on the Green Claims Code and how to really engage their audience in these topics. I provide Carbon Literacy training for agency marketers, in-house marketing teams and freelance marketers teaching them about the nuances of communicating sustainability and how to avoid greenwashing. for other training sessions and workshops on greenwashing (how not to), sustainability content and how to leverage LinkedIn. I work in English (native) and in French (C1). I hold a certificate in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge (CISL), and am a certified Carbon Literacy Facilitator.
