About Heather Davis

As a Senior Escrow Officer, I have over eleven years of experience in handling both purchase and refinance transactions from start to finish, including funding. I know Escrow Processing and I can clear title. I constantly communicate with everyone involved to close by or if not befor the contract date. I work with lenders to prepare and finalize the numbers with the lender after reviewing the closing instructions. I also work on cash, investment, and short sales closings as well. I am the main contact for all parties involved in the transaction, and I ensure that any issues, questions, or concerns are resolved promptly and professionally. I have knowledge of all of the positions in title but prefer escrow. I have been a trainer for new employees and even a branch manager for a bit. I love what I do and although it cab be challenging I feel I learn from those experiences. My core competencies are communication and problem solving, which I developed through my previous roles in the lending and customer service industries. I have 27 years of combined lending experience as a loan processor, underwriter, and sales assistant for two loan officers, which gives me a comprehensive understanding of the loan documents and requirements. I also have call center experience as a Customer Service Representative, which taught me how to handle various situations and inquiries with patience and courtesy. I take great pride in what I do, and I am always eager to learn new things and explore new opportunities. At the end of the day my goal is to be able to provide excellent customer service by going above and beyond expectations. I do not believe in the concept of hurrying things up and fixing it later. I believe in calling people back and/or answering the phone and I believe in treating every transaction the same as they are important transactions, after all homeownership is a dream for most people and making it a nightmare instead would not be something I would ever want to see happen to anyone.
