As the Operations Manager at Wake Internal Medicine Consultants, Inc, I have been leading and overseeing the daily operations of the Triangle’s largest multi-specialty group for over 15 years. My core competencies include manufacturing process improvement, healthcare delivery, and problem solving, which enable me to optimize the efficiency and quality of our services and enhance the satisfaction of our patients and providers. To further advance my professional development, I obtained a Master's in Healthcare Administration (MHA) at UNCW, where I acquired the latest knowledge and skills in healthcare management. Additionally, I am an active member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), a leading association for medical practice administrators and executives. Through this engagement, I benefit from valuable networking opportunities, industry insights, and best practices that I leverage to support the mission and vision of Wake Internal Medicine Consultants, Inc.
