She currently serves as the President-Workers' Compensation Division and is responsible for managing the growth and service of the agency's 6 safety groups. In Heather was recognized by the Rochester Business Journal on the 40 Under 40 list which honors professional success and community involvement. She currently serves on the board of Camp Good Days and Special Times in Rochester and has done work with the NFP Bridges To Community, traveling to Nicaragua each January for a week of building homes in impoverished areas. In 2010 she joined the Board of Directors of Bridges to Community and currently serves are the finance director. As an avid runner, Heather has run 4 New York City marathons.
