About Heather Dreiling

I’m a Registered Nurse with 20+ years of healthcare experience, specializing in NICU and outpatient settings. I’m deeply committed to patient-centered care, family education, and supporting vulnerable populations—especially our tiniest patients and their families. Throughout my career, I’ve served in bedside, outpatient, administrative, and educator roles, and I bring strong skills in neonatal intensive care, vascular access, precepting, and patient teaching. Whether I’m stabilizing a newborn in the NICU, prepping a patient for Gamma Knife treatment, or supporting families in a follow-up program, I aim to bring compassion, calm, and clear communication to every interaction. I thrive in collaborative, mission-driven teams where kindness and mutual respect are valued. I enjoy mentoring new nurses and students, and I find great purpose in helping both patients and colleagues feel seen, supported, and empowered. I’m currently seeking opportunities in NICU, outpatient clinics, or telehealth—with long-term goals of growing into leadership or nurse educator roles. I’m based in Utah and open to both in-person and remote positions.
