About Heather Esping

I am a certified social worker with over 10 years of experience in adult mental health, including clinical supervision, direct service, and program coordination. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with diverse populations experiencing serious mental illness, supporting recovery through trauma-informed, person-centered care. I have led multidisciplinary teams, provided clinical oversight, and trained staff in evidence-based practices, documentation, and client engagement strategies. I’m known for my collaborative leadership style, strength-based approach, and ability to develop systems that improve team performance and client outcomes. In addition to my work in community mental health, I also create therapeutic tools that support executive functioning, emotional regulation, and skill-building in adults. I’m currently open to opportunities in clinical supervision, team or program development, adult mental health services, and coaching focused on personal development, accountability, and growth.
