Hello my name is heather i have been working since i was 17. First I started out like many others with baby sitting then i moved on to a little convenient store in my home town where I learned the importance with working with others and communication among other things like how to run a cash register and other little things around the store. After that I went to be a waitress where I learned the importance of listing and paying attention to others,how to communicate with the customer to make sure they get what they want and kindness no one wants a grumpy waiter.Now I am working at a preschool/daycare which makes my days pretty stressful but great at the same time.Here I learned how to communicate on a whole other level.You have to learned to be stern but kind at the same time be able to communicate on there level so if they do something wrong and you explain things to them they understand.I have also learned compassion and understanding.
