I pride myself on my ability to find creative solutions to the most difficult design situations and not give up until the solution reveals itself and the design is perfect. This perseverance doesn’t prevent productivity, however; because the ability to juggle projects without missing a deadline are two of my strongest traits. I’ve learned to budget my time and my assets, and most importantly, I’ve learned to be flexible to get things done. My client relations skills are second to none. What I've learned over the last 25 years has given me great experience in managing clients well. I make sure a client is well cared for from the beginning. I offer seamless availability, provide regular updates, manage expectations, respond quickly to requests and go above and beyond, be it that extra proof, the additional recommendation or a nice recap email following the call whenever and however possible.
