About Heather Fox M.

Hello there! I’m Heather Fox, a proud military transplant turned Gulf Coast local, thanks to my dad’s retirement, which brought us to sunny North Florida. After a lifetime of military moves, I know firsthand the challenges and opportunities of re-stationing, relocating, and finding a place to call home. Now happily rooted in the white sands of the Gulf Coast, I’ve built not only a life here but a portfolio—personally managing both short-term and long-term rentals. As an investor, I understand the market from the inside out, whether your goal is a vacation property, a forever home, or a smart income-producing asset. From starter homes to high-yield investments, I love helping fellow military families, investors, and newcomers confidently navigate the process. And if you’re new to North Florida, I’d be delighted to introduce you to the magic of Panama City Beach, Lynn Haven, Santa Rosa Beach, and 30A. Because living here isn’t just about real estate, it’s about embracing a lifestyle. Let’s team up to find your perfect property, manage your investments, and make your beach dreams a reality—call me and let’s get started!
