Award winning Senior Creative Leader and Design Strategist with a proven track record of building high-performing teams where people are inspired and empowered to reach their full potential. I have extensive experience working with internal brand partners and external agency teams to create consumer driven design strategies that delight and deepen brand posture in competitive markets. Through courage and curiosity for solving BIG problems, I thrive in a highly innovative atmosphere that enables me to integrate design thinking and breakthrough concepts into everyday product marketing and design solutions. I am adept at leading global teams, establishing new creative resource strategies, and maximizing performance to drive brand impact and growth. I most recently helped evolve the in-house agency, merging the packaging team with the digital team to create a single powerhouse design studio of 18 associates. Under my leadership, this team delivered over 20+ awards for McCormick Spices, French’s, Frank’s RedHot, Cholula, Grill Mates, Lawry’s and Old Bay. Prior to that, I led the digital design team at Havas helia working with clients like Liberty Mutual, AutoZone, Moen, PayPal, Mike’s Hard Lemonade and Loews Hotels. My passion for data-driven design decision making and background as an Art Director make me a trusted partner to both the business and creative teams and an ideal bridge between two worlds. Through this bridge, I drive collaboration and coach and mentor the people around me to inspire and create more confident and effective problem solving, grounded in insights and innovative thinking.
