About Heather Grebert

My goal as a personal trainer, health coach and nutrition coach is to make your goals attainable, keep you motivated to meet the goals you set, challenge you to your desire and ability and keep you smiling in the process. I strive to educate my clients in general health and guide them nutritionally. My biggest smile comes when they have met their goal(s). I am certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach, as well as Weight Management Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am also certified through NETA in Personal Training, yoga and Pilates. As well, I hold a certification as a Nutrition Coach through NASM. I work as a full-time professional trainer and health coach with a variety of experiences designing and executing fitness programs for clients in all age groups. My areas of expertise include: bootcamp, cardio bootcamp/cardiovascular training, high intensity training/interval training, lunch-hour training, group training, personalized programming, body fat and weight loss, as well as nutritional guidance.
