Currently serving as the Program Assistant for the Public Authority at the County of Ventura, I specialize in fostering connections, streamlining operations, and improving service delivery. Throughout my career, I’ve embraced new challenges, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and taken on roles of increasing responsibility across various programs. What drives me is the opportunity to build systems that empower people. Whether leading clerical integration initiatives to create a seamless "no wrong door" policy or developing training material to onboard new team members, I aim to ensure every process and person thrives. My organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to build strong relationships have been key to my success. Outside of work, I find joy in lifelong learning and personal development. I’m inspired daily by my Doberman, Willow, who embodies resilience and loyalty—qualities I strive to emulate in both my personal and professional life.
