I am an experienced community builder, researcher and designer who is simultaneously idealistic and practical. I love creating solutions and am not afraid to lean in! I enjoy leveraging my affinity for data manipulation, operational systems analysis and solution design to improve social equity in the housing, healthcare, education, environment or legal sectors while simultaneously taking into consideration current and future impacts of climate change. I am experienced in management of people and projects, research, analysis and planning, and communications. I can envision the big picture while keeping sight of the details necessary to create it. I am a design generalist with a lifelong background in sustainability. I have worked in a variety of employment sectors over the course of several decades: non-profit, education, environmental research, construction & landscape design, health care & restaurant service. I have been actively involved in education for the past 11 years in both volunteer and salaried roles. I am a self-motivated team player with an eye for detail.
