I am a creative being, an idea generator and activator, a front runner and back of the pack supporter, a protector of the meek, an empathetic sales/operations leader, a consultative strategist, a magical marketeer, creative contributor, with 19 years experience hiring talented,skilled candidates and building successful as well as accountable sales and operations’ teams throughout the South and Northeast in the Recycling and Waste IndustrIes. During my career, I have had the honor to work for Fortune 250 companies to medium sized family owned companies flexibly leading teams and projects, working with all departments and effectively engaging as well as managing people from all generations and backgrounds while exceeding both budgets and high stretch goals. I have learned a great deal from other leaders’ successes and mistakes. I support diversity and celebrate different cultures. Developing new relationships and sustaining relationships, creating new ideas and solutions, pioneering, making connections others don’t even see, finding and creating new sources of revenue, growing revenue, strategically planning, adapting to change and creating positive change, listening to people are a few of my strengths. Helping others identify their strengths and inspiring them to be their best is my passion. I’m a foodie. Passionate about making positive changes in our global systems to reverse climate change. In excellent physical condition, I am able to travel over 60% of the time. I am a runner and was a tennis scholarship athlete in college. An advocate for good health, I do my best to help those coping with mental illness, support plant based eating, and I work to help create an environment that both encourages as well as sustains growth.
