About Heather Hackenberg

While making the transition to PACU, I've maintained my skills that I have learned being a CNA. In addition I have learned phlebotomy skills. I maintain a working order of needed supplies for PACU. Created an additional working nurses station. I've learned many computer programs including IMED,KEENE, Centricity, and the most currant one Allscripts. In addition to using Excel and Microsoft Word. My latest challenge handed to me teach 5 classes in 5 months. Basically these classes are learning how to work in a positive happy environment. Three departments combined and my classes anyone from PACU to ODS to Infusion Nursing staff. I've added another department to my group, the Anesthesia Dept. and what a great group of people to work with.
