About Heather Hays

I have 27 years of customer service experience in multiple environments. I am organized and detailed with a drive to always improve and make tasks more efficient without cutting corners that effect the quality of work. I work well with others but excel independently as well. When I started with Randall Hays Contracting, LLC, I honestly had no clue what I was doing. I took the time to learn the systems, communicate with the stores and customers, taught myself new programs and mapping, then took over running the office independently. This allowed the owner to concentrate more on the customer and their projects with less concern of scheduling, handling store issues, bookkeeping, logistics or any other part of the office environment. My skills improved company proficiency by over 20%, increased profits by 19% and lowered expenditures. I do have my medical assistant certification and enjoy working with patients. I am open to learning consistently and not afraid to take on something new.
