Outgoing, with experience presenting at past SHS and ASQ conferences, and has developed and presented storyboard displays at various conferences, such as IHI and NPSF. A detail-oriented ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt with a Lean Project Certification. Serves as a preliminary round judge and a final round judge for the International Team Excellence Awards of the ASQ (American Society for Quality) from 2009 to the present, and an excellent communicator as chair for the Membership Committee for SHS.
