About Heather Helms

Heather has over 15 years of experience in management, operations and event production with special expertise in large-scale event production. She leads Right on Pointe’s efforts in the development and implementation of systems for all day-to-day logistics, as well as monitors, measures and analyzes the effectiveness of marketing initiatives against client goals. She strategically develops, manages and executives all aspects of marketing, operations and sponsorships within a million dollar plus budget. Prior to joining Right On Pointe, Heather worked in the restaurant-hospitality industry where she gained valuable experience in managing the construction, training and operations of new locations, as well as the planning of private events. Heather’s strong communication skills, organization and outstanding customer service make her an invaluable member of the Right on Pointe team. She prides herself on building relationships and is passionate about exceeding client expectations. Without question, Heather is the glue that holds the Right On Pointe team together.
