I am passionate about sharing my travel knowledge and insider tips and tricks to create the best experience possible for you! Due to my unique background, I have spent years in different locations learning about the people, geography, and hospitality in way only a local can. I experienced the transportation, food, and adventure with small children and visiting grandparents. With that knowledge I want to help you craft the bespoke experience that you will be talking about for decades whether it involves food, wine, private access, animal experiences, or having tea with a Geisha…I can make it happen because I’ve done it for my family and clients in the past. Employment law practitioner with extensive experience advising senior management and in-house partners on workplace matters with an emphasis on EEO, investigations, training, accommodation compliance and best practices. As in-house counsel, I advise on matters related to mitigating individual and systemic discrimination risks, establishing effective alternative dispute resolution procedures, providing thorough and effective anti-harassment and anti-discrimination training, conducting legally sufficient workplace investigations, and other labor and employment matters. I have written, staffed, developed training materials and taught courses covering a variety of agency policy and procedures. With decades of experience providing legal counsel to government and private corporations in the United States as well as global partners, I have acquired an exceptionally broad base of legal knowledge and the ability to integrate quickly in diverse environments. I have a solid track record of litigation success and experience in federal employment law, ethics, intelligence oversight, regulatory compliance, contracts, case management, motions practice, discovery, and investigations. I am an adaptable leader and team contributor with superb people management, presentation, organizational, client relation, advocacy, problem solving and consensus building skills.
