About Heather Hernandez

With over 10 years of experience in managing and optimizing the clinical operations, quality, and performance of vascular and radiology centers, I am an Executive Director at StrideCare, a leading provider of comprehensive and coordinated care for patients with vascular and interventional radiology needs. I lead the clinical integrations of these services across multiple markets and locations, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision, mission, and goals. I am passionate about delivering innovative and patient-centered care, enhancing the collaboration and communication among the clinical teams, and supporting the growth and expansion of StrideCare. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the organization, as well as the skills and expertise to drive clinical excellence and customer satisfaction. Some of my key competencies include long-term customer relationships, MIPS quality, Athena EMR super user, and interventional radiology with focus on superficial vein disease, arterial disease, and spinal cord stimulation. I have a Bachelor of Science and Radiology Practitioner Assistant from Weber State University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology from Galveston College.
