My journey at WestChem started on the order desk—a front-row seat to our people, our customers, and the rhythm of our operations. Fast forward five years, and I now oversee our operations as we continue evolving from a distribution center into a thriving manufacturing hub. It’s been a ride full of growth, grit, and genuine connection. With a background in accounting and a love for process improvement, I thrive on making things run better—for the business and for the people behind it. I’ve rolled out ISO certification, led inventory and production planning, and tackled everything from supply chains to spreadsheets. But what I care about most is building a workplace where folx feel supported, seen, and proud to be part of the team. I’m also trained as an end-of-life doula—not a path I’ve practiced professionally, but one that’s shaped how I show up as a leader and human. It deepened my perspective, my empathy, and my belief that meaningful work starts with meaningful connection. When I’m not optimizing workflows, you’ll find me hiking with my family, exploring the outdoors, or solving puzzles just for the joy of it. That curiosity and care are what I bring to the table, every single day.
