About Heather Hudac

My younger self dreamed of being a teacher and helping craft the minds of our youth, until I fell in love with an Accounting class in high school. That led me to pursue a business degree, which resulted in a retail internship and ultimately my start at DICK'S Sporting Goods. In my role as a Program Manager I've been able to pursue my passion for developing others through training creation and facilitation, coaching, and innovating our talent programs to deliver future leaders within our organization. Talented people are the key to any great company. Playing a part in supporting them helps me feel fulfilled in my career and ultimately achieve my dream.
