About Heather Jackson

I bring a diverse background in customer service, healthcare, behavioral therapy, and hospitality. With hands on experience in roles that require empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to connect with others. I am passionate about working with people, especially children to contribute positively to their lives. Throughout my career, I’ve gained the ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a strong work ethic. In my role as a Behavior Technician, I developed skills in providing support to children with autism by working through their individualized plans, along with collaborating with families to promote growth and development. As a behavior technician I work closely under a BCBA and carry out individualized care plans that help children build the skills they need, along with implementing behavior intervention when needed, one on one support, and collect data to monitor progress. I have also gained valuable experience as a Pharmacy Technician, where I focused on accuracy, customer care, and understanding the complexities of healthcare. In addition to my clinical and therapeutic work, my time as a server and in customer service has further strengthened my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, enabling me to thrive in fast-paced environments while providing top-tier service to clients and customers. I am excited to transition into a career where I can combine my criminal justice education with my passion for helping others. My goal is to work in roles that allow me to advocate for individuals and make a positive impact in communities, whether through social services, law enforcement, or related fields. I am hardworking, driven, and committed to continuous learning, and I look forward to connecting with like-minded professionals as I prepare to take the next step in my career journey.
