I am a licensed social worker, program developer, and abolitionist with over 15 years of experience in the child welfare, non-profit, and community sectors. My work centers on challenging systemic oppression, dismantling white supremacy, and amplifying youth, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC voices. I am deeply inspired by emergent strategy and strive to create sustainable, community-driven solutions that honor the dignity and expertise of individuals impacted by systemic inequities. I believe in leading with collaboration, adaptability, and intentional disruption of white supremacy structures. As the founder of Jamison Coaching & Consulting, I work with organizations and individuals to foster transformation through tailored training and individual-level coaching. Whether supporting teams in child welfare or LGBTQ+ advocacy, my focus remains on uplifting marginalized voices and fostering systems change through an abolitionist framework.
