About Heather Joyce

I am a Sales Development Representative at Trustap, where I help drive business growth by identifying opportunities and building strong client relationships around Trustap’s secure payment protection solutions. I hold an MSc in Marketing from the Michael Smurfit School of Business and have gained diverse marketing experience across various roles. Prior to Trustap, I worked as a Direct Marketing Executive at Focus Ireland, where I developed targeted campaigns, and as a Trade Marketing Assistant at Red Bull, where I supported promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement. With a well-rounded background in marketing, brand management, and customer service, I’m passionate about connecting with clients and providing value at every stage of the sales process. Always looking to expand my skill set, I’m eager to connect with professionals in sales and marketing.
