When expectations are off or something isn’t working as planned, I focus on rebuilding clarity and trust, resetting the plan, and keeping things moving. I care about adoption and follow through, and I’m at my best when customers feel supported and confident in what comes next.Outside of work, I spend a lot of time in community spaces and volunteering, which reflects how I operate in general.
