In my new role as Outside Sales Manager at Centura Tile, Canada's leading distributor of floor and wall coverings, I am responsible for overseeing and guiding our outside sales team to achieve both individual and company sales goals. I work closely with my team to develop strategic sales initiatives, identify key opportunities, and ensure we provide the best possible solutions for our clients, ranging from architects and designers to contractors and builders. Previously, as an A&D and Builder Sales Representative at Centura Tile, I honed my skills in sales, project management, and relationship-building. I developed and maintained strong connections with architects, designers, builders, and contractors across the Ottawa region, generating and managing sales leads, projects, and contracts. By leveraging my creativity, industry knowledge, and expertise in design and renovation, I helped clients find tailored solutions that met their unique needs, while always delivering exceptional customer service.
