With my experience in business management, I currently garner practiced dedication in implementation of financials and utility software from cradle to grave. I uphold ongoing development as a team lead, manager, and contributor with clients, and other key stakeholders. My forward thinking, inclusive leadership style and agile attitude has enabled me to utilize problem solving skills for any avenue with a mindset for continuous improvement. My experience includes; software implementation strategic execution, project management of local government and municipal ERP software. Past experience in construction fire alarm projects ranging from Tenant Improvements in high rises to retrofits in existing buildings. Provides resources and plans in areas including project management, project scope definition, risk mitigation, project methodology, budget review, and facilitation. Actively maintains control of schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction at all times. Presents to management and/or customers on project updates, project cycle, and expected results. Manages vendor relationships throughout operations and ensures projects are closed on time and within scope.
